The 2026 First Lady’s Luncheon, hosted by the Ohio First Lady’s Charitable Foundation and Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine, will take place in September 2026, benefiting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio.

The luncheon will celebrate the incredible Dolly Parton, who first created her free book gifting program in 1995. Dolly’s commitment to literacy and children inspired Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine to make the Imagination Library her signature initiative at the start of the administration in 2019.

Since then, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio has flourished, serving the largest number of children among other statewide programs, with nearly 28 million books distributed to over 70% of households with a child under the age of five in Ohio.
